About
Every couple has the same fight in different costumes. My job is to help you see the pattern — and step out of it together.
I work with couples and families using Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and structural family therapy. A lot of my work involves cross-cultural couples and families squeezed between generations: grandparents' expectations, children's realities.
I practise in Causeway Bay and Sha Tin, in Cantonese and English. Couples sessions are 80 minutes.
