Children tell us how they're doing through play, drawings and behaviour long before they can say it in words. I'm trained to listen in all of those languages.

I work with children from age 4, adolescents, and — crucially — their parents. School stress, anxiety, ADHD, big transitions like divorce or relocation. Parent sessions are built into every treatment plan, because children change fastest when their environment changes with them.
