Priya Sharma

Perfectionism, anxiety and difficult relationships with food tend to travel together — especially in a city that grades everything.

I offer warm, practical counselling drawing on ACT and compassion-focused therapy. My clients are often high-achieving women and students who look fine on paper and are exhausted everywhere else.

I see clients in Tsim Sha Tsui and online, in English. I'm still building my Cantonese — bear with me!
